ABOUT ME
I am a Relationally trained Psychotherapist. As a Relational therapist, I strive to be deeply aware of, and responsive to, the dynamic interaction between therapist and client. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of transformative therapeutic support. No matter where you go, or what comes up on your journey, I will be alongside, open to your feelings, offering empathy, validation, and humble curiosity.

I received my training at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy (TIRP), which is accredited by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I am a member of the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy and the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
I have many years of experience working with young adults and adults struggling with addiction, anxiety, trauma, family issues, and everyday challenges and joys. I approach my practice and life from an anti-oppressive, LGBTQ Allied, feminist, framework. Being informed of the current political landscape, systemic racism, and the plethora of other matters woven into the fabric of modern society is very important to me.
