Is there something in your life or in your relationships that doesn't feel right?
Perhaps you have an idea of what is troubling you and would like to explore your deeper self.
Or maybe you just want to talk.
ABOUT ME
Together, with the intention of helping you broaden your understanding of yourself and your relationships, we will explore the thoughts and feelings which inspire you to reach out. As we journey through the challenges that arise, I will be open to your feelings, offering empathy, insight, and validation, all the while staying aware of the connection and space that exists between the two of us.

I received my training at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy (TIRP), which is accredited by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I am a member of the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy and the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
I have many years of experience working with young adults and adults struggling with addiction, anxiety, trauma, family issues, and everyday challenges and joys. I approach my practice and life from an anti-oppressive, LGBTQ positive, feminist, framework. Being informed of the current political landscape, systemic racism, consent culture, and the plethora of other matters which are woven into the fabric of modern society is very important to me.
